Many may not realize that APPLE not only curates the apps allowed on its itunes store but also CENSORS the CONTENT of those apps.

Here are the images from my recent “The Eternal” fashion story for the Winter issue of Dahse Magazine, including the image that Apple refused to publish. Can anyone guess which one it was?

Dahse Spring 2012 – Sneak Peak

I just finished a fashion story and cover for Dahse Magazine‘s Spring issue.

Here are some casting shots of model Anett Griffel from Marilyn. Also, some behind-the-scenes shots show the image boards from Art Director Eddie Van Narc and the 3000 speed Fuji FP-3000b instant pack film that I shot the whole story with. I shot with a Polaroid 600SE camera…..love that thing!

Stylist Yael Gitai, Hair Stylist Livio Angileri and Make-up Artist Wendy Karcher made an amazing team for this shoot. Look for it in Dahse on the newsstands this spring.

4 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
1.5 oz. Noilly Pratt sweet vermouth
Pour over ice and stir
Strain into a chilled Martini glass
Garnish with a thin slice of lemon peel.

The Textile Elizabeth and James “Desert Spirit” shoot has produced an ad campaign in InStyle Magazine, a new website, a look book, an emailed branding guide, several editorial blog posts and a showroom display. The Dirty Durty Diary

Recently shot: Homage to Gilda Radner fashion story for The Dirty Durty Diary.

The Dirty Durty Diary is launching their “The Funny Issue” in September. They asked me to contribute my recreation of the quirky glamour of Gilda Radner. Influences for my story: 70′s SNL, Studio 54, The Muppets, Marc Jacobs, and Google. Pau from Marilyn was fabulous as Gilda Radner. Rebecca Weinberg (of Sex in the City fame) rocked the styling. Look for it on the newsstands this fall.
